I am Mel Itraish, founder of Mel Signature Concierge. 

With more than 20 years of experience supporting businesses, executives, automotive groups, events, and private families, I have built my career around organization, communication, client service, execution and respect.

 
My background includes office management, importing, merchandising, marketing, business development, customer retention, employee engagement, corporate culture, 

philanthropy, and large-scale event execution. 

Throughout my career, I became the trusted point person for OEM programs, automotive dealership operations and events, 

customer-facing initiatives, employee experiences, charitable partnerships, commercial real estate brokers and the many details required to move an idea from planning through successful execution.

Before launching Mel Signature Concierge, I worked closely with private high-net-worth individuals and families who trusted me with a wide range of business, household, and family responsibilities. My experience included executive and business support, property and household staff management, coordinating home purchases, overseeing maintenance and vendor requests, and assisting with sensitive family matters. I also worked alongside attorneys, financial advisors, and insurance professionals to help coordinate documentation and follow-up related to life insurance, trusts, and other important family affairs.

I also operated La Tela Bianca, meaning “The White Canvas” in Italian. Each event began with a blank canvas and was shaped around the client’s vision, style, and priorities. Through that work, private families trusted me to plan and manage meaningful celebrations, including weddings, surprise birthdays, and other special occasions.

My experience also includes training associates in customer service, professional etiquette, hospitality, and customer-facing communication. I understand that the way a business 

welcomes, supports, and follows up with its customers can be just as important as the product or service it provides.

Years of professional travel and project work have allowed me to build strong relationships with talented vendors, business leaders, event professionals, and service providers. 

Clients and colleagues have consistently valued my communication, organization, follow-through, and ability to execute, even when there are many moving pieces behind the scenes.

Today, Mel Signature Concierge brings that experience together to provide flexible business support, marketing and branding assistance, event coordination, special project management, 

and private lifestyle services throughout Fort Lauderdale and South Florida.
